Open Voice Network

with Jon Stine

The synthetic voice conversation is here. Pull up a seat at the table! Anne is joined by special guest Jon Stine for a bonus Voice & Ai episode. They cover what the Open Voice Network (OVN) is, how to be a part of it, and the importance of asking questions. What are the regulations for synthetic voices, how can VO industry members get involved, and are we willing to create the standards before they’re made for us...

In this bonus Voice & Ai episode, Anne speaks with Jon Stine, leader of Open Voice Network, a community dedicated to creating standards + defining ethics for synthetic voices.

"If we don’t come together as a community & govern ourselves, it will come from the outside or market dominance." - Jon Stine
