About Andy:

Andy Roth is a casting director specializing in voice over with a career spanning nearly three decades. After years as the in-house casting director for Cunningham Escott Slevin & Doherty (CESD), where he cast over a thousand projects across animation, commercial, television, film, and video games, Andy launched his own company. Since then, he has worked with top advertising agencies, casting houses, and production companies worldwide. His credits include projects for major brands like Spotify, Oculus, Target, Calvin Klein, Geico, Kraft, and Coca-Cola, with work featured on every major network, cable channel, and streaming platform.

Andy has voice-cast and directed more than 20 shows and films for Netflix, MAX, Apple TV+, and Sony, including Kaulitz & Kaulitz (2024), You Would Do It Too (2024), Too Hot To Handle – Brazil & Germany (2023), Valeria (2021), The Forest (2017), and the animated series Gal and Dino (2020) and Scar on the Praeter (2021), now airing on Crunchyroll. As an award-winning producer, his documentary The Animal People, executive produced by Joaquin Phoenix, quickly became one of iTunes’ top 10 most-watched documentaries.

In addition to casting, Andy is a dedicated educator, having taught at some of the top-rated college acting programs in the U.S., including New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. He has also been a guest speaker at prestigious institutions such as Rutgers, Syracuse University, Terry Knickerbocker Studio, and William Esper Studio.
